Other office duties include updating our monthly service schedules, preparing service certificates, billing clients, banking, disbursement of monthly bill payments along with other office duties including ordering of office supplies.

Graham Watts

Certified in Design, Installation, Maintenance & Recharge of Fire Suppression Systems
NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) Member
Graham is the lead person, meeting and speaking with clients for all fire safety products, and specializing in Fire Suppression Systems for commercial kitchens, computer and electronics, and marine vessals. He has extensive knowledge of Fire Extinguishers and Suppression Systems and goes abroad every three years for training and re-certifications as required by NFPA. He also holds certificates for Fire Extinguisher maintenance & repairs, and Commercial Hood Cleaning.

Graham also plays an integral part in the day to day operations and development and growth of the company.

Jordan Watts
Service Technician Assistant
Started July 2019
Jordan Watts is the newest member of employment. He is currently under training by one of our experts in Fire Safety, an individual who has over 40 years experience under his belt. Jordan has already proven to be a quick learner who is absorbing the training being provided to him. It will not be too much longer before Jordan's knowledge base reaches the level required where he can be out doing service and repairs of fire extinguishers unsupervised.

Merrick "Obe" Hall

With over 40 years experience in the service and repairs of fire extinguishers, Obe is unquestionable the grandfather of fire extinguishers in Bermuda. Formally of Williams Trading, Obe has always been a tremendous asset to A-Z Fire Protection Ltd and a very familiar face to many people in Bermuda. Back in his days at Williams Trading, Obe worked alongside Arthur Adam. Needless to say this man has the patients of Job! One can expect nothing but the best of the best if Obe is servicing your extinguishers!

Ralph Arthur Adams (Arthur)

Unquestionably the great grandfather of fire safety in Bermuda! Arthur Adams has over 50 years of fire safety experience.

Although past retirement age, Arthur can still be found out and about servicing fire extinguishers and suppression systems. You know that couch that you've had for years that's real old but you just can't get rid of for sentimental reasons? That's Arthur! Certainly an asset from the beginning and now, the majority of the fire safety service technicians at A-Z Fire Protection Ltd., past and present, can attribute their extensive knowledge of fire safety from working alongside Arthur. As a young man, Arthur's carrier began as a volunteer fire fighter way back in the day when buckets of water were used to put out a fire! Technology improved and Arthur has seen it all!

Justin Watts
Service Technician
Started February 2018
Although Justin has only been with the company since the early part of 2018, he will be getting re-certified in the Design, Installation. Maintenance & Recharge of Suppression Systems in December of 2019. He first received certification in 2016, and Justin is also certified in the service and repairs of fire extinguishers and commercial hood cleaning.

Formally Financial Controller for the HWP Group of Companies, Also holds a Degree in Business Mangement.
